8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be submitted for return within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Preference-based returns may require the customer to pay return shipping costs. For products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their descriptions, we will provide an appropriate resolution without charging the customer return costs for the verified issue.

Refunds for approved returns are generally submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Additional processing time may be required by a financial institution.

Cancellation may be possible before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
